Document Library Update
File names are now presented as links, and certain files, like PDF documents, can be opened directly in the browser without having to download them.
Comments for Swaps and Covers
Users can now add comments when submitting and reponding to swap, cover and swap board requests.
Process Shifts Auto Lunch Deduction
An automatic lunch deduction can now be applied when shifts are transferred from the schedule to the timecards through the Process Shifts function.
API Updates
We’ve made various updates over the past few months to our APIs, which are used to pull data from eSchedule into other programs.
Weekly Schedule Beta View
We continued updating the weekly schedule beta view, adding color options, and appreciate everyone’s feedback as we work towards modernizing the schedule display. Please keep in mind the beta view will evolve over time and we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s requests. We would love to hear additional suggestions on how to make the eSchedule user interface and experience even better. Please reach out to support@goeschedule.com with your ideas!
Shift Details Report
The brand new Shift Details Report provides shift start and end dates and times, total hours, employee names, shift and position names, and shift notes. Check out the Quick Tips video above!
Sync My Schedule
You can now choose between 1 month and 18 months in to the future to sync your schedule from eSchedule with with your personal calendar. Also, with the sync, the shift/position now displays before the organization name.
Timecard Signatures for Employees – Mobile App
For customers with timecard signatures enabled, employees now have the ability to sign their timecards in the eSchedule Mobile app. A bug related to the signatures in the app was recently discovered and fixed.
Notifications – Mobile App
In the eSchedule Mobile app, Notifications (bell icon at the top right) now reflect the number of unread notifications based on new functionality to mark a notifcation as read after a notification is opened.
Document Library – Mobile App
The Document Library is now available in the mobile app!
