Close & Open Shifts
As covered in this month’s Quick Tips video, new Close Shift and Open Shift buttons have been added to the Update Schedule screen, providing a faster, easier way to close and open shifts, including recurrences! The new buttons replace the previous, more time consuming process of signing on and off the zz Closed Shift zz user.
New Filters on Shift Details Report
Department, Career Type, Status and Member filters have been added to the Shift Details Report, allowing administrators to choose to report on specific departments, career types or statuses, and view one employee at a time. You can access the filters using the expand arrow button at the top right side of the report.
Audit Trail Optimization
We have made significant enhancements to the Audit Trail, which provide for a much faster reporting experience. The Audit Trail can be accessed from the User Profile and Administrator Clock In/Out screens. From the User Profile Audit Trail, you can view the history of changes made to the member’s profile. On the Clock In/Out screen, you can access detailed history related to the selected in and out punches.
Mobile App Updates
In addition to performance improvements and terminology updates, we have added Unread Messages and All Messages tabs in the messaging screen, so users can now view previously read messages, and quickly see any unread messages from administrators in the mobile app.
