Software Enhancements – Q2 2025

August 28, 2025

The top row of the Payroll and Labor Distribution Reports has been ‘frozen’, allowing users to now always see the column titles when scrolling further down the page.

Various performance improvements and bug fixes were implemented, providing for a smoother experience on both iOS and Android devices.

Changes were made to correct an error with the Service Report by Position for organizations with more than 50 positions.

Now, user-defined data can be included in the process or transfer shifts function, allowing, for example, all employees scheduled on a transferred shift to receive a stipend on their timecard.

Timecard summary reports now include hours for custom, or user-defined data, pay types.

Administrators and schedulers can now view employee’s comments when Show Availability is enabled in the Weekly Spreadsheet schedule view, making it easier to schedule based on both availability and specific notes or requests.

A new user role has been created to allow specific users to view notes on the schedule when shift notes have been setup to be viewed only by administrators.

A bug that caused the pay period to reset to the first pay period in the dropdown when switching views or divisions has been fixed.

A bug that incorrectly allowed a shift overlap on some overnight shifts has been corrected.

For timekeeping customers with divisions and the Adjust Time Clock function, the division will now automically update based on the employee’s division when toggling between employees in the timecard view.  You will no longer see a “Division Mismatch” warning and be required to manually adjust the time clock.

A new user role has been created to allow specific users to add in- and out-punches for other users, without giving them access to timecards. Users with this role will also have access to the On Shift report, from which they can link to the Admin Clock In/Out screen to edit the in-punch of any user currently clocked in, or add an out-punch.
