Recent Mobile App Enhancements
Timecard Signatures for Employees
For customers with timecard signatures enabled, employees now have the ability to sign their timecards in the eSchedule Mobile app.
Notifications
A new Notifications screen has been added to the eSchedule Mobile app. Automatic notifications (e.g. shift, bid, swap, and PTO) are received as push notifications and then stored in the Notifications screen, which can be found by clicking on the new bell🔔 icon at the top right of the screen.
You can click on each notification to open it in a new screen and view the full message. Once viewed, the message will be marked as read, and the number on the bell icon will reflect the new number of unread notifications.
Document Library
The Document Library is now available in the mobile app! Users can access and view the documents and files you’ve made available through eSchedule right from the mobile app!
Admin Sign-On
In addition to updating shift times and signing employees off a shift, administrators can now sign employees on to the schedule through the eSchedule Mobile app!
Service Report Summary
Now available under the Schedule menu is the Service Report Summary, which includes the total number of hours members are scheduled for a selected date range. You can also check the Availability Stats checkbox to show the number of hours members submitted for their availability. When checked, the report will show a Percent Scheduled, indicating how many hours the member was scheduled as a percentage of the number of hours available
Division Filter – Labor Distribution Summary
A Division dropdown field has been added to the Labor Distribution Summary and for division-based timekeeping rules customers, the report will now automatically adjust the time clock module to the selected division, eliminating the previously required step of selecting the division in the Adjust Time Clock screen prior to running the report.
Move to Comp En Masse
For organizations with comp time, administrators can now move overtime to comp time for multiple employees all at once. This option is only recommended for customers that have a rule that states overtime hours by default are banked as comp time.
Message Administrator
A new Message Administrator role has been created to allow basic users who have this role enabled to send messages to other users through eSchedule.
